MIRASOL MASTER MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATION, INC. (MMMA)

This is the overall, master homeowner’s association for the greater Mirasol community, which includes Mirabella. The MMMA is responsible for approving changes to the organizational documents of each of the neighborhoods and the CCMCA, as well as each of their annual budgets. The MMMA has numerous other responsibilities, including: 1) maintaining the landscaping along PGA Boulevard, Jog Road, and Hood Road, 2) setting the overall architectural rules and guidelines, 3) negotiating a number of community-wide contracts as with Seacoast for water and Comcast for cable services, 4) maintaining the lakes and lake banks, and 5) when necessary, to preserve safety within Mirasol, assuming a leadership role in the resolution of certain homeowner issues that affect multiple communities within Mirasol. As an example, the MMMA took on this role recently with regard to the gas pipeline problem identification and resolution. 

The MMMA is administered by a five-member Board of Directors who are elected in staggered terms each September.
